The cost of this prime CBD real state including taxes and
fees has been around $2,200,000.
The price reflects the following excerpt from Commercial
Property section of the Sydney Morning Herald (03/11/07): "
Parramatta is now considered the second major business
district. It has eclipsed North Sydney as the place to be."
We have already paid over $2,000,000 and secured the title.
The cash flow is met by a combination of generous donation
and interest free short term loan from the community. The
current
debt is over $700,000 that needs to be repaid. |
